Result: Of the patients who underwent deroofing, 25 (43.86%) patients had no local recurrence. The mean course of disease in the non-relapse group was (1.66 ± 1.16) years, and that in the relapse group was (2.71 ± 2.68) years; the difference of the two groups had statistical significance. The recurrence rate was 29.41% in the mild group, 59.09% in the moderate group, and 77.78% in the severe group. Conclusion: Deroofing is an effective treatment for DCS, and it is necessary for patients in the early stage of treatment. It can be used as a treatment option for DCS patients. Complex treatment is needed in severe patients.
