Kristen McNiff is an experienced healthcare leader with a career focused on care delivery innovation and value in oncology. She has expertise in operational transformation, technology integration, payment policy, population health and quality analytics, patient experience/PROs, and implementation science. She offers strong leadership and management skills, including organizational efficiency, change management, empirically based strategic planning, and group facilitation and consensus building. She received our Doctor of Public Health from the University of Georgia, a Master’s in Public Health from the George Washington University, a Health Systems Engineering certification from Lehigh University, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Villanova University. In all professional roles, she brings a passion for high-value system improvements that improve the health care experience.
